We are in the process of updating our customer and billing systems. Over the coming months you will see a number of changes and new functionality
As part of the process there are a few things we want to draw your attention to:
- On Saturday 9th March we will be closing our stores early at 3pm, and re-opening mid-morning on Monday 11th March.
- In April the account number on your bill will change – Your April bill will sent out through your preferred contact method with your new account number on it. You may be asked for this unique reference number if you call us, so just make sure you have your April bill to hand.
- In May you will need to re-register to view your bills online and access to “MySure” which is the new name of your current “My Account” area. Don’t worry we will remind you nearer the time and it’s a very simple process.
