Switching is a doddle

Step 1

Visit a Sure store with photo ID (passport or driver’s licence will do) and your latest MT bill.

Step 2

Buy your new 24 month contract with or without a shiny new phone from Sure (you’ll need to pass our
credit check first).

Step 3

Once you receive a bill from MT with your early termination charges, email your bill to
[email protected] including your Sure service number or account number.

Step 4

Sit back and relax. We’ll refund your termination charges directly to your bank account within 15
days of receiving your email with your MT bill and Sure service number.


How much can I claim?

 

Up to £300 when you take our XL plan (£36 SIM Only)

Up to £200 when you take our Large plan (£28 SIM Only)

Up to £100 when you take our Medium plan (£20 SIM Only)
