Just follow the simple steps or come and see us in store and we can move you over to Sure: you don’t need to call or contact MT yourself. Once your order is placed it will take a few days to move your service to Sure.
For broadband and home products, there will be no break in service, you’ll receive a final bill from MT, and then all future bills will come from us.
If you are moving your current broadband service from another service provider, simply check that you’re out of contract and then sign up.

A Migration Authorisation Code (MAC) is required if you're moving your broadband service (not including VOIP services) from another service provider to Sure. You also need a MAC if you've chosen to move your Sure broadband service to another provider.
If you are moving from another provider, and don't require any engineering work, the cost shown during the order process will be reduced. We won't know if we need an engineer or not until after you submit your order.
If you currently have a plan such as Ultima or Ultima Plus with Manx Telecom and want to move to Sure there is NO FEE. Switching is easy: don't worry, you will not lose your broadband connection while the transfer is taking place.
