We will continue processing your order as soon as you have provided us with your MAC. The MAC consists of 10 alpha-numeric characters, for example 'MN0925828B'. The first two letters of the MAC denotes the service provider that you are migrating away from, the second four letters denotes the expiry date of the MAC, the above example denotes 25th September. The next three numbers are randomly generated and the final letter denotes the type of service that you are transferring: 'B' for broadband and 'W' for a fixed line service.
Each service you intend on migrating will require their own MAC. Expired MACs will not be accepted by the service provider that you are migrating away from, if you have an expired MAC and still want to move your services to Sure, please request a new MAC from your current service provider.
